Thank you for your interest in Innovation Place and Boffins.

With the closure of our Boffins restaurant in November 2019, Innovation Place is no longer booking weddings or private events. Our meeting room and Boffins event space is reserved for tenant use only.

Our outdoor Garden Park / pond space is a public space and is available at no charge, however events do not have exclusive use of the space. Groups are more than welcome to use the space but it will not be privately booked.

A few things to note:

• We do have security that ensures no illegal activity (such as open liquor).
  
• Outside of regular business hours (evenings and weekends) our buildings on Innovation Place property are all secure; there is no access into the building should the weather turn. This also means no access to restrooms.
  
• The patio and grass area of the old Boffins restaurant is private property and is “off limits” – this includes the furniture on the patio.
